The HR Generalist & Payroll Administrator plays a critical role in managing various aspects of human resources within our organization. This position involves a dual focus on both HR generalist duties and payroll administration. As a key member of our HR team, you will contribute to maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting both employees and management.
This role processes payroll for 85 employees across two states (MA and NH), which is why the compensation is a median rate. Approximately 50% of the role focuses on payroll responsibilities, while the other 50% covers generalist duties.
