Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience in a similar environment is a plus.

Is there a fee for using Recruiting Solutions LLC services?

Yes:

1. $30 for a background check which may include drug testing (Good for 3 years)

2. $20 for confirmation of training acceptance (Refunded after 1st day)

3. 21.75 Bi-Weekly administration fee (Access to Arise tech and platform as well as the administrative function of Recruiting Solutions Agency, LLC)

Is a W2 or 1099 contractor position?

These are 1099 contractor positions. You will receive an end-of-year document that you will use for filing your taxes. Tax payment is the agent's responsibility.

How are we paid?

Recruiting Solutions Agency, LLC pays via Direct Deposit. All other forms of payment will not be used (Vemo, CashApp, etc). Must provide banking information 2 weeks before your first paycheck.
