Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework or degree is preferred.
Previous customer service experience in a similar environment is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in computer navigation and various customer platform systems.
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 100% Work from Home. 1099 Contract.
The home office is set up with reliable internet and necessary equipment.
Fees: $30 background and drug testing

Is there a fee for using Recruiting Solutions LLC services?

Yes- The fees are as follows:

$30 for a background check which may include drug testing (Good for 3 years)
$20 for confirmation of training acceptance (Refunded after 1st day)
$50 Bi-Weekly administration fee (Access to Arise tech and platform as well as the administrative function of Recruiting Solutions Agency, LLC)

Is a W2 or 1099 contractor position?

These are 1099 contractor positions. You will receive an end-of-year document for filing. Tax payment is the agent's responsibility. Recruiting Solutions advised to work with your tax preparer for possible deductions while working as a contractor.

How are we paid?

Recruiting Solutions Agency, LLC pays via Direct Deposit only. Must provide banking information 2 weeks before your first paycheck.

Recruiting Solutions Agency will provide a pay period calendar.

Compensation: $11-17 depending on opportunity. Some companies will offer bonus for meeting and exceeding goals. Ask your recruiter for details.
